摘要(Abstract)：

煤与瓦斯突出预测理论的不完善性以及影响因素之间的复杂关系 ,用经典的数学理论难以建立精确的预测模型。本文借助专家系统 ,详细研究了煤与瓦斯突出区域预测知识库的建立方法 ,并对知识库结构作了概括描述。这为建立煤与瓦斯突出预测专家系统奠定了基础 ,进一步拓宽了煤与瓦斯突出预测领域的研究
Because the faultiness of the theory of forecasting coal-gas-outburst and the complicatied relation of factors,it is hard for the classical mathematics to establish accurate model,The authors researche the method of setting up the information storeroom of forecasting coal-gas-outburst and sums up the structure of the storeroom,which settles the basis to found the Expert System and develops the researching field of forecasting coal-gas-outburst.
