六盘水煤层气井牛场区块恶性漏失地层堵漏方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

堵漏是煤层气井优快钻井和节约成本的关键技术。针对六盘水牛场区块纵横分布较广的含水裂隙性漏失带的漏失问题,结合现场堵漏实践,开展了恶性漏失地层堵漏失效分析及堵漏方法研究,形成了成套的投入式复合堵漏塞+水泥浆综合堵漏法,成功解决了牛场区块中部恶性漏失地层堵漏问题,研究成果为贵州煤层气井钻井堵漏提供了新途径,具有显著的应用和推广价值。
Leaking stoppage is the key technology of optimal and fast drilling and cost saving in CBM. Aiming at the circulation loss zone of the extensively vertical and horizontal water-bearing fractures in Niuchang block in Liupanshui, in combination with field leaking stoppage practice, the analysis of leakage failure and the study of plugging method have been carried out in formation with serious circulation loss, a set of integrated leaking stoppage method with throw-in composite plug plus cement paste has been formed, successfully stopping the serious circulation loss in the middle of Niuchang block. The results provide a new approach for leaking stoppage during drilling CBM wells in Guizhou, have significant application and promotion value.
